All items are shipped UPS Grounds with tracking information and requires a signature confirmation upon delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge. 

We offer a full money back guarantee on all unopened, undamaged, unexpired items we sell within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping label will be provided if the return is a result of our error (received incorrect or defective item etc.) In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

All our items come with a minimum 1 year expiration date with the exception of 5mL and 10mL Baxter Flowseal. These will have a minimum expiration date of 9 months. 

For orders exceeding 50 units, please email us directly to arrange a suitable time frame for fulfilling your desired quantity.
